Bulletin Board
by Apotheus Silverman

The purpose of this bulletin board is to let anyone post public messages at the Abbotts Aerodrome club. It allows anyone to create bulletins and creators can also delete their own bulletins.

To post a new bulletin:
* Create your message/script/object/whatever you want the bulletin contents to be.
* Say "new bulletin"
* The bulletin title will default to the name of the object you drop onto it. If you wish to set a different title, you can do so by saying "title This is my title".
* Drag the bulletin contents object onto the bulletin board. Some object types require that you hold CTRL when you drop, otherwise it will not work properly.

To read a bulletin:
* Simply Touch the note graphic for the bulletin you wish to view.
* If you are the bulletin creator, you will subsequently be prompted whether or not to remove the bulletin.

That's all there is to it... pretty simple, really!

Changing Your Appearance, Part 1
-------------------------------------

In your Second Life, you can look like nearly anyone, or anything, you want! We've given you several new looks to get you started.

-Click on one of the two portraits to your right, and choose 'Keep'. You will be given a folder with all the clothing from the picture.
-Click the Inventory button to open your Inventory. (The button is on the bottom right corner of your screen.) Look for a folder named either Female Outfit 3 or Male Outfit 3, depending on which you chose.
-Drag the folder on to your avatar to wear your new clothes!

-Like to experiment? A folder can contain clothes or an entire new body shape -- even a sex change! Open the 'Clothing' folder in your Library, and drag any of the shapes or outfits onto your avatar to try them on.
-Try it again; it doesn't cost anything, and you can change as often as you want.
-To return to the look you started with, drag the 'Female Shape and Outfit' or 'Male Shape and Outfit' onto your avatar.

We've got more tips on changing your apperance in our Second Life Help Pages. Hit the F1 key and click on the "Avatar Customization" link.
